Simple Love Themed Card Using Waffle Flower’s “Love You Bunnies” Stamp Set!

Hello lovelies!
Valentine’s Day is just a few days away now, so I’m sharing another love themed card this week! The bunnies from Waffle Flower’s “Love You Bunnies” stamp set are adorable!
1
I used my Misti stamping tool and Gina K’s Amalgam Jet Black ink to stamp my images out on white card stock. I coloured them using my alcohol markers, added details with a white gel pen and fussy cut them out. I adhered the coffee cups to their hands using Scor-Tape.
23
I cut two panels from white card stock using the second largest die from Mama Elephant’s “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts. I used the smaller scalloped die from Mama Elephant’s “Framed Tags” Waverly Creative Cuts to cut a window from one of these panels, this would act as my stencil. I adhered both of my panels together using some washi tape, blended over my stencil with Twisted Citron and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks and distressed it with some water.
4
I secured my panel back in my Misti so I could stamp my sentiment using Gina K’s Amalgam Jet Black Ink. I popped my images up using 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape. I used the largest of Mama Elephant’s “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts to cut a panel from black card stock before adhering both panels together and to my card base using Scor-Tape.

Valentine’s Day Card Using Lawn Fawn’s “Stud Puffin” Stamp Set!

Hello lovelies!
I have a Valentine’s Day card to share with you this week using the “Stud Puffin” stamp set from Lawn Fawn!
123
I started by stamping my images using my Misti stamping tool and Gina K Amalgam Jet Black ink. I coloured my images using my alcohol markers, added highlights and details using a white gel pen before fussy cutting them out. I used Lawn Fawn’s “Outside In Stitched Hearts Stackables” and “Lacy Heart Stackables” die sets to cut out two of the medium hearts from white card stock. I set my images and the lacy heart die cut to the side so I could stencil my other heart. I used the “Stained Glass Background” stencil from Honey Bee Stamps with Spun Sugar and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks to colour my die cut before adhering both of my hearts together with Scor-Tape. I used 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape to pop my images up on my heart.
4
I cut a panel from white card stock using the second largest of Mama Elephant’s “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts and a black panel using the largest of the set. I used Worn Lipstick and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks to blend my white panel, splattered it with some water to distress it and cleaned up any excess. I also used Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink diluted with some water to splatter my panel also.

Once my splattered panel was dry, I wrapped some light blue and white twine around the centre, making sure the twine crossed over itself. I then secured it in my Misti to stamp my sentiment from Waffle Flower’s “Sending Love” stamp set using Gina K’s Amalgam Jet Black ink. I popped my heart up in the centre of the twine using 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape before adhering my panels together and to my card base using Scor-Tape.

Cute Card Using Lawn Fawn’s “Let’s Toast” Stamp Set!

Hey lovelies!
This week I’m here to share a cute love/friendship themed card using Lawn Fawn’s “Let’s Toast” stamp set! I love sending these cards to my closest friends and not only my significant other, just to let them know how much I care!
1.jpg2.jpg
I stamped some of the images from the set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured them with my alcohol markers. I added a little extra shading to my toaster using coloured pencil to give it some extra texture as well. I stamped the images’ rosy cheeks with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink, added some highlights and details with a white gel pen before fussy cutting out my images. I used a craft knife to cut a slit in the first toaster slot so I could adhere one of my pieces of toast inside the toaster with ease!
345.jpg
I trimmed a piece of patterned paper to the height I wanted for the base of my panel and cut it with the second largest of the “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts from Mama Elephant. I cut a panel from white card stock using the same die, lightly blended it with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and splattered it with the same colour for added texture on my background. I cut a thin piece of white card stock to make a border between the patterned paper and my background, I blended it with some Iced Spruce distress oxide ink lightly before adhering all my pieces together.
67.jpg
I adhered my toaster with the toast popping out slightly flat to my panel. I wanted the other slice popped out completely, so I stamped the motion lines with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide Ink above my toaster before popping the other slice of toast and the butter up with some 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape. For my sentiment I cut down a thin strip of black card stock and prepared it with my powder tool. I stamped my sentiment using Versamark ink, I coated it in Lawn Fawn’s White embossing powder, set it with my heat tool and popped it up with foam tape also. I used the largest of the “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts to cut a panel of black card stock to frame my scene and adhered everything to my card base.

Simple Watercolour Card Using Concord & 9th’s “Monster Love” Stamp Set!

Hey lovelies!
We’ve shifted from Christmas cards to Valentine’s Day cards in the craft world, so today I thought I’d share with you this simple card using Concord & 9th’s “Monster Love” stamp set! As soon as these cuties were released I knew I had to have them!
4
I stamped my monster and his tummy first using Archival Jet Black ink on some watercolour paper. I masked the monster while I stamped the balloon and string, I used the “love you” sentiment in the balloon this time to fit with the theme.
1.jpg
I used Altenew’s watercolour palette to colour my monster and background. I also dotted some of the paint around the background while it was still damp to add the confetti look to my panel. I finished up by adding some white highlights using a white gel pen before using the Mama Elephant “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts to cut out my panel.
2.jpg3
I cut a sentiment strip and prepped it using my powder tool applicator. I stamped my sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black ink, coated it in clear embossing powder and set it with my heat tool. I cut another panel using the largest of the “Basic Rectangles” Creative Cuts from Mama Elephant again to frame my panel, adhered my watercolour panel to it and used 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape to attach my sentiment to my panel. I adhered my panel to my card base and decided to leave it there to keep it simple!
